Ashutosh Garg is a serial entrepreneur and the co-founder and CEO of Eightfold AI, an AI-powered talent intelligence platform valued at over $2 billion. Before founding Eightfold in 2016, Ashutosh co-founded and led Bloomreach as CEO, building it into a leading digital commerce experience platform. He spent over a decade at Google leading teams in search and machine learning, including work on personalization and recommendations. Ashutosh earned his B.Tech from IIT Delhi and a Ph.D. in Machine Learning from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Born in India, he is known for applying deep learning to solve real-world enterprise problems. He holds over 40 patents and is a recognized thought leader in AI and talent technology.
