Arvind Jain

Arvind Jain is the CEO and co-founder of Glean, the enterprise search and AI platform that recently achieved a multi-billion dollar valuation. A veteran of the Silicon Valley tech scene, Arvind spent over a decade as a Distinguished Engineer at Google, where he was a key contributor to the development of search and YouTube infrastructure. He also co-founded Rubrik, the cloud data security giant, before identifying a massive gap in how employees find information within a company. Arvind holds a B.Tech from IIT Delhi and a PhD in Computer Science from the University of Washington. He is widely recognized as a pioneer in large-scale data systems and is currently leading Glean from Palo Alto, backed by over $350M from Sequoia Capital and Kleiner Perkins.
