Swapan Rajdev

Swapan Rajdev is a technology leader and entrepreneur focused on building impactful AI products. He co-founded Haptik, India’s largest conversational AI platform, and helped scale it to billions of conversations before its $100M acquisition by Reliance Jio in 2019. He also co-founded Interakt, a WhatsApp-first CRM and automation platform for SMBs, and is an active angel investor in AI and developer tools. Recognized as an MIT Innovator Under 35 and a Young Alumni Awardee from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, Swapan actively mentors founders and teams on building and scaling AI-first businesses.

Haptik is an enterprise conversational AI platform that enables brands to build AI agents for customer support, sales, and engagement across web, app, WhatsApp, and other channels. Founded in 2013, Haptik has powered billions of conversations for hundreds of enterprises and SMBs across multiple industries. In 2019, Reliance Jio acquired a majority stake in Haptik in a $100M transaction, and today the company continues to lead in AI-driven customer experience with LLM-powered agents and automation.
