Debaleena Das

Debaleena Das is the Founder of STEM-Away. She holds a B.Tech in Electronics from IIT Kharagpur and a Ph.D. from UT Austin. With a background as a Principal Engineer at Intel and AMD, she founded STEM-Away to create equitable pathways for students to enter STEM careers through mentorship and real-world projects.

STEM-Away is an AI-powered talent marketplace and mentoring platform designed to bridge the gap between students and industry. It provides project-based internships and mentorship programs to help students gain real-world skills in STEM fields while enabling companies to discover diverse talent.
