Karthik Thumu

Karthik Thumu is a construction technology entrepreneur and architect with over 15 years of experience in the architecture, design, and construction industry. He holds a Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) from IIT Kharagpur (2005–2010) and has held leadership roles at Arth DesignBuild, where he served as CEO and helped transform it into an industry powerhouse. He also serves as a Board Member at Elemental Realty. In 2021, he founded LivSYT, an AI-driven construction management SaaS platform that has raised $4.5M in funding from Silicon Valley Quad, Inventus Capital, and Z21 Ventures.

LivSYT is an easy-to-adopt, self-service SaaS-based construction management software designed for contractors, modular manufacturers, and third-party inspectors to help them complete projects faster. It delivers real-time operations visibility and controls at a granular level, enabling synchronized mobilization of resources to improve job-site output. The platform shifts organizations from memory-dependent to AI-driven operations through configurable process workflow digitization. Key features include automated job allocation, integrated quality assurance, automated report generation, geo-tagging, push notifications, and SOS for emergencies.
