Ira Pramanick

Dr. Ira Pramanick is the Founder and Board Chair of GetMAGIC. She is an IIT Kharagpur alumna and a senior engineering leader at Google. She founded GetMAGIC to give back to the community, creating a mentorship platform that empowers young girls to pursue careers in STEM fields through personal guidance.

GetMAGIC (Mentoring A Girl in Construction/Coding) is a non-profit organization and platform dedicated to mentoring girls in STEM fields. It connects middle and high school girls with 1:1 mentors from the technology and engineering sectors. The initiative aims to close the gender gap in technology by providing guidance, role models, and encouragement to young women.
