Byte Kitchen acts as a technology partner for restaurants, enabling them to expand into new markets through virtual kitchens. The company licenses brands from established restaurants and recreates their menus in delivery-optimized "ghost kitchens" using proprietary kitchen display systems and training software. This model allows restaurant brands to scale their footprint without the capital expenditure of opening brick-and-mortar locations, while Byte Kitchen manages the operations and quality assurance.
